The Colloquium is meant for scholars interested in qualitative research methods in accounting, business, and management. Please note that the number of available places is limited. The application process operates on a “first-come, first-served” basis on completion of the fee payment.

Registrations are open from [TBC}.

The fee to be paid at the time of registration is {TBC}.

What the registration fee includes:
  • Registration process and badge
  • Access to the Colloquium venue and participation in all the workshops
  • Coffee breaks and 1 light lunch on the 2-day event
  • 1 informal dinner at St. Chad’s College
  • Digital certificate of participation
  • Administrative fees

Participants are responsible for all other costs (e.g., travel arrangements, lodging, visa fees, personal expenses). Also, participants are required to make their own way to and from St. Chad’s College for the informal dinner.

Payment methods
  • Payment for the colloquium can be made by card.
  • Any bank charges or currency exchange fees are the responsibility of the delegate and should be taken into account when making payment.
  • The person completing the registration is responsible for saving a copy of the invoice for their records.

Cancellations and non-attendance
  • The fee can be refunded in full until January 30, 2027, less an administrative fee of {TBC}, which will be charged upon cancellation.
  • No refunds are possible for cancellations received after January 30, 2027, and no refunds are payable for non-attendance.
  • Please allow four weeks for refund payments to be processed.

Access and dietary requirements

Please tell us during registration if you have step-free access, dietary or other requirements. The Waterside Building is fully step-free.
